[ It is completely just a part of what they are--they are the best at it though out of most of the countries.

But it doesn't even occur to him that this is probably not a healthy way of living. It's all he's known for a long while--regret and guilt and heartbreak. They feel like something that never leaves.

But maybe, just maybe, he doesn't really know that at all. Not lately, anyway. Time has made him more cynical and bitter, it's hard to believe someone as perfect as she is could exist anymore.

It's why he laughs lowly under his breath now. ]
